Our founder, Sarah Johnson, recognized a gap in the disability support sector - while there were many services available, few addressed the holistic needs of individuals, particularly around nutrition and culinary support. As a former dietitian with a sibling who had mobility challenges, Sarah understood firsthand how proper nutrition and personalized care could dramatically improve quality of life.
What started as a small local service in Gold Coast has grown into a comprehensive disability support provider serving clients across Australia. We've maintained our commitment to personalized care while expanding our services to include wheelchair accessible transport, community connections, emotional support, and more.

With over 15 years of experience as a dietitian and disability advocate, Sarah founded Care & Culinary to address the holistic needs of individuals with disabilities. She holds a Master's in Nutrition and Disability Studies.
Michael brings 12 years of healthcare management experience to his role. He oversees all service delivery, ensuring our operations run smoothly and our clients receive consistent, high-quality support.
As a registered nurse with a PhD in Disability Studies, Lisa ensures our care practices are evidence-based and aligned with the latest research in disability support and health promotion.
